States with the highest Electric Commercial Vehicle sales in FY 2024-25

States with the highest Electric Commercial Vehicle sales in FY 2024-25 (2024-04-01 to 2025-03-31): 

1️⃣ Maharashtra leads the list with retail sales of 2,104 units in FY25, which is a 24% share of the total 8,746 electric CVs across India, according to the latest Vahan data.  

2️⃣ With retail sales of 1,509 units in FY25, Delhi witnessed a sales decline of 16% YoY compared to 1,795 units sold in FY24. 

3️⃣ Ranked third, Karnataka registered the retail sales of 1,209 units in FY2025, up 25% YoY sales growth from 969 units in FY24. 

4️⃣ Tamil Nadu held fourth place by selling 905 units in retail during the financial year 2025, up 17% YoY sales growth from 776 units in the financial year 2024.

5️⃣ While Rajasthan is in fifth place with retail sales of 376 units and a sales growth of 94% YoY.
