There's a bit of Indian Roadie In Everyday Life.
Although the name of the forum/ group (where you are reading this post at this very moment) possibly has the name of a state as the prefix (viz. #KarnatakaRoadie, #TelanganaRoadie, #MaharashtraRoadie, #GujaratRoadie, #DelhiNcrRoadie, #RajasthanRoadie, #NorthEastRoadie, #BengalRoadie, etc), the contents are mostly national/ universal in nature. The target audience in the State Roadie forums need not be a Punjabi or a Marathi or a Malayali or a Odiya or a Bengali. Anyone who is reasonably conversant with a State can be a member of the respective State Roadie forum.
You might be owning a Hyundai, Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, VW, Skoda, Jeep, Ford or some other brand but need assistance/ information/ clarification on local mechanics, tyres, batteries, lubricants, hotels, hospitals, pharmacies, eateries, fuel stations, route suggestion, etc, etc, etc. Although you might be reading this post (at this very moment) in #MarutiOwnersAndBrandAdmirers, #HyundaiOwnersAndBrandAdmirers, #VolkswagenOwnersAndBrandAdmirers, #TataOwnersAndBrandAdmirers, #MahindraOwnersAndBrandAdmirers, #KiaOwnersAndBrandAdmirers, etc, etc, etc, majority of contents are universal/ national in nature. The contents are NOT vehicle specific or geography specific at most times.
I don't think that there are hotels in India which welcome only Renault owners, local mechanics who repair only Tata cars, doctors who treat Nissan owners only, pharmacies wich sell sanitary napkins to Ford owners only, restaurants which serve Kia owners only, malls which cater to Maruti owners only!
You might be in KA, TS, PB, DL, MH, GJ, WB, JH, AR, AS, ML (or whichever state) right now, own a Honda, Maruti, Mahindra, Kia, MG, etc but might require assistance/ information not only pertaining to your present state or vehicle but also in any adjoining or a far off state in India. Or you might also have technical issues pertaining to your brand of car which are also common with every other brand of cars.
