Ban the craze for vlogging while driving a HCV

The dream of constructing a house of ₹20 lakhs (if not ₹2 crores) and buying a SUV with potentially  easy money earned by vlogging by HCV drivers, their assistants and independent bus journey vloggers is extremely scary and not to be ignored: 

Since 2021-2022, there have innumerable gory instances of heavy commercial vehicles (HCV) going off the road or heavy vehicles rear ending one or more moving and/ or stationary vehicles on the highways. 

There should be an immediate ban on vlogging by bus and truck drivers or their assistants seated inside driver's cabin of moving vehicles. Bus and truck drivers are frequently seen steering their vehicles with one hand while recording videos or are frequently seen staring at the camera or the person recording the videos. Their concentration is focussed more on the camera while blabbering nonsense. 

HCV driver vloggers are frequently seen saying that they had little sleep the previous night because they were engaged in video editing till the wee hours. The drivers and their assistants are obviously sleep deprived. The consequences of driving during the day like zombies need no further elaboration. 

Talking on the mobile phone while driving passenger cars attract huge penalties because the consequences of a moment's loss of concentration can be disastrous. However, vlogging while driving a heavy commercial vehicle which can have scary consequences is eulogized and the same lot of irresponsible people are being treated as influencers and what not. 

Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India (#MORTH) should immediately enforce a blanket ban on vlogging activities by any independent vlogger travelling in driver's cabin of a bus or truck. 

Only dashcam footages can be recorded from moving heavy vehicles. 

I am compelled to infer that this rush for vlogging by HCV drivers and the subsequent payout to driver vloggers and independent vloggers is an attempt by anti-Indian deep state to ensure that there's enough bl*oo*dshed on Indian highways and ruining Indian households!
