Road trip to Brindabanchandra Temple, Guptipara, Hooghly, West Bengal by Sandip Kr Paul
Road trip to Brindabanchandra Temple, Guptipara, Hooghly, West Bengal.
The 60 ft high Brindabanchandra Temple was built in 1810. Although the 'aat-chala' (eight sloped roof) temple lacks the terracotta work, it is largely compensated by coloured fresco on both the outer and inner walls.
Bengal trails series.
