A lady from TS rode her scooty for 1400 kms over 3 days to bring her 18 yrs old son back home during the lockdown. What was the urgency?

Thousands of migrant labourers in large cities and towns have been left without jobs and source of earnings after the unavoidable nationwide 'lockdown' to curb the spread of Coronavirus/ Covid-19. They have no means to return to their native places. No official permission is given to them to move from one place to other.
Thousands of mothers are spending sleepless nights because their children could not return to the comfort of their homes from their workplace or place of study.

How did this lady get the permission to ride 1400 kms from Bodhan (Nizamabad district, Telengala) to Nellore and back across state borders for a cause which was not a S.O.S?

The permission means nothing. Even the Wadhwans of DHFL Bank and Yes Bank (ill)fame got their permission on the letterhead of Mr. P. Gupta, Chief Secretary of Maharashtra to drive to Mahabaleshwar. After the issue became viral on social media,  Mr. Gupta has been removed.

Moreover, why was the lady riding a scooter without a registration plate? All videos and photos are showing the same orange coloured scooty. How could the permission letter be issued without the registration number mentioned in the letter?

MORTH, please note.

Eagerly awaiting the details of what exactly is the son studying and where? It's important.
