Long bus route of approximately 65 kms from Bangalore to Masthi in pre Independence era in early early 1940s.
The buses had no AC, no power steering, no reclining seats, no self start, no tubeless tyres, no ABS, no TPMS, no GPS, no touchscreen MID, no airbags, no seatbelts, no sunroof, no keyless entry, no blinding halogen headlights, no fancy horns, no etc etc etc.
It was the same for the car (partially visible) behind the bus.
There were no 4/ 6 lane highways either.
There were no McDonald's, no KFC, no CCD for refreshment enroute.
Weren't the drivers and passengers roadies then, too 🤔
Let us read in the comments section below if you know how engines of cars, buses and truck were cranked those days.
P.S: More importantly, there were no chapri (squid) admins of social media groups who in 2012 travelled in a truck from Maharashtra to Odisha and made such a big noise as if he invented the wheels 😀. The chapri has zero civic sense! (Samazdaro ke liye ishara kaafi hai 😉)
