Ferrying bikes, cars, trucks and buses across Sharavathi River. The ferry service connects Sagara (Shimoga dist) with Sigandoor & Kollur-Mookambika all in Karnataka.
Sigandoor has a famous temple.
There is another ferry service from Hasirumaggi which is closer to Kollur from Sagara. than taking the Sigandoor ferry.
