Indian Roadie Preferred Route, Motoring Route, Driving Route, Best Route for road trip from 

Kolkata to Bishnupur (WB) 

(Kolkata_Bishnupur): 

Option 1:
Kolkata - Dhulagarh toll - Kolaghat - Debra toll - Kharagpur - Salboni - Chandrakona Road - Garbeta - Bishnupur. 

Distance: Almost 200 kms of excellent road from Salt Lake Stadium.

Option 2:
Kolkata - Dankuni toll - Singur - Palsit Toll Plaza - Shaktigarh - Burdwan bypass - Panagarh bypass - Banskopa Toll Plaza - Durgapur barrage - Barjora - Bankura - Bishnupur.  

Distance: Approx 250+ kms from Salt Lake Stadium.

Option 3:
Kolkata - Burdwan (exit NH19) - Arambagh road - Jaipur forest - crossing of NH14 - Bishnupur. 

Distance: Approx 210+ kms with lots of bumps on the Arambagh road.

Option 4:
Kolkata - Dankuni (turn left) - state highway and PWD road - Jaipur forest - Bishnupur. 

Very bad road full of bumps and potholes. However, one doesn't have to pay a single rupee on toll charges.
