Two people died after a Mercedes car rammed into a truck in Delhi Cantonment area in the early hours of Saturday, 2022-02-19. Police rushed to the spot after being informed about the accident through a PCR call.
According to the police, a total of five individuals were travelling in the Mercedes car at the time of the accident. They were all returning home to Palam after attending a wedding in Faridabad.
Bystanders said the speeding car was going from Dhaula Kuan towards Gurugram when it rammed into a truck.
Two of the boys in the car, now identified as Vinod Kumar and Krishna Solanki, died in the accident. The other three - Nitin, Jitender and Karan Bhardwaj - suffered injuries and are under treatment.
The truck fled after the accident.
