If you feel sleepy while driving/ riding, move a safe distance away from the carriageway and take a power nap for 20 - 30 mins.
Your eyes might shut without an inkling.
Whatever other solutions one might suggest, nothing works better than a power nap.
Ignore at your own risk. Don't repent later. You may not have a second chance.
