Bangalore to Delhi drive in Tata Nexon with family in early October 2020 by Ranveer Singh




Ranveer Singh (Workplace: Bangalore, Hometown: Faridabad) completed driving Bangalore to Delhi in 3 days with 2 night's stay enroute. He was with his wife and two daughters. 

Vehicle owned: Nexon 2019 XM Diesel 

Place of stay enroute: 
They started journey on 3rd October 2020, reached Nagpur by evening and stayed in Treebo Tryst Pavilion. Next day stayed in Hotel Kuber Vatika, Sagar. 

Safety measures because of Covid situation: 
Before refilling of fuel, he ensured that the filling stations accept Google Pay. 
He stocked enough food, water, use and throw bed sheets, sanitizer bottles and disinfectant sprays. He also bought an inflatable bed for kids in car. 
The Fastag in his car was charged with ₹3500 (to avoid any contact in Corona times). 
4th (minor service) was completed before start of journey. 

Journey details: 
1. Started at 5.30 am on October 3, 2020 from Banglore.
2. First small break for tea and fuel in Hyderabad. Second break was near Adilabad. Reached Nagpur at 8.30 pm via Kurnool, Hyderabad, Adilabad.
3. After a good sleep and good breakfast in Nagpur started at 9.30 am reached Sagar 7.00 pm on October 4, 2020 via Chindwara, Seoni, Lakhnadon, Narsinghpur. 
4. On October 5, 2020 (Day 3) started from Sagar at 6.00 am reached home at Faridabad at 6 pm via Jhansi, Gwalior, Agra. 

Total fuel (diesel): 110 liters. 
Distance covered: 2212 kms. 
Fuel efficiency: 20.10 kmpl (23.7 kmpl shown on meter). 
Toll: ₹2700.
