Vehicles flew on unmarked bump in Gurgaon

Vehicles are losing control on an unmarked, newly built speed bump at Golf Course Road, Gurugram (Gurgaon), making for a bumpy drive.

The issue came to the fore after a video showed a BMW driver hitting the breaker at high speed, causing the car to mid-air for milliseconds before landing on the road with a thud in end October 2024.

This video should be an eye opener for every roadie to be High On Cognition (viz. expect the unexpected) whenever they are out on the roads. It's irrespective of the distance or how familiar one is with the geography/ safety issues on their (supposedly) known stretch of road. It's almost certain that the luxury sedan driver or the multi axle dumper drivers were absolutely familiar with this particular stretch of road in Gurgaon. It's for sure that the drivers purposely did not make their vehicles airborne. If there was a mishap, blaming the authorities in government departments wouldn't have helped. Therefore, exercise caution!
