Media report of aftermath of Suresh Punia, RTO inspector in Ratangarh, RJ banging his head with that of a truck driver Ehsan Ahmed Khan driving from Bikaner to Bhadohi. The incident happened besides an IOC filling station on NH11 (old number) on 2026-03 morning.
The truck driver had refused to pay the unlawful demand of ₹2000 by the RTO official who was in plain clothes. Prior to the physical assault, the RTO personnel had snatched the mobile phone of the truck driver while remaining seated in the front passenger seat in a white coloured Mahindra Bolero.
