Spotted these two vehicles at Beliaghata CIT Crossing traffic signal in Kolkata 700010 in broad daylight on 2025-12-18.  Lots of policemen were on duty barely 10 - 15 mtrs away. Beliaghata police station is barely 50 mtrs from the traffic signal where these goods carriers were clicked openly flouting safety rules laid out by MORTH. .
