A Maruti Alto (AS-01EF-3319) skidded into a deep pond besides the highway in Kamrup district, Assam in end June 2020. Biren Kumar Basak, the owner cum driver escaped from the drowning car.
The chilling video shows how police retrieved the fully submerged car with the help of local residents and a tractor.
