In a freak accident the car of Pankaj Mehta of Ram Niwas Housing Society in Ghatkopar, Mumbai sunk fully into the deep sewerage pit under the open parking space within the precinct of his compound.
Fortunately, no one was inside the car when it sunk.
The incident happened after the torrential rains which lashed Mumbai during the second week of June 2021.
