Sometime in 2020 it needed ₹80 to cross this toll plaza in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. In the car sat an Additional District Government Counsel who wrongfully demanded a free passage. Outside stood the deputy manager of the toll plaza who was rightfully adamant that the person in the car must pay up because he was not entitled for a free passage with paying the toll charges.
The clear video with audible recording had gone viral across India.
