Leh to Pangong takes 5 - 6 hours.
Pangong to Hanle via Chushul takes 6-7 hours.
Hanle - Umlingla- Hanle 6-7 hours.

One can do Leh - Hanle via Upshi and then next day Hanle - Umlingla - Hanle
The route from Hanle to Manali/ Jispa is via Sumdo - Tsokar- Debring
From Leh, Pangong Lake and onwards to UmlingLa are not possible in a single day.
Ideally, stay at Pangong for 1 night, then 1 night at Hanle. Next morning cover Umlingla and then return towards Manali route. However, one won't be able to reach Manali from Umlingla on the same day.
