This is to call out the pathetic and life and death situation we faced due to Tata Motors.
We bought Tata Tigor in March 2022, since then there were many mechanical faults that company owned upto and repaired, e.g battery dead within a year, vehicle delivered with dents, suspension of the car wearing out etc we cooperated and understood until last Sunday (2023-07-16) when while we were driving left side rear wheel comes out of the car and the car skids on the road for about 200m. We were shocked and thankfully safe all thanks to our stars and not Tata Motors for saving our lives.
We informed the dealership RUDRA Motors PUNE right there but since then they have lame excuses to the event and no concrete solution which leaves me with no option but to make other buyers like us aware.
It's been three weeks since this incidents and i haven't heard anything that really feels like a resolution to our issue. The dealership just wants to say sorry and wants us to accept it and sit quietly as no major accident happened that day.
That day could have changed the course of our lives had the car been on a busy road and in speed. It would have hit the car in front and there would have been major accidents that could harm not only our life but of others. That tyre could have hit any two wheeler rider or pedestrians which again could be life threatening
It's a CNG car, had the car been in speed, or on a busy road the intensity of this accident could have not only affected us but other lives as well. Now I would not be shocked if some day the car catches fire and company still gives lame excuses for it
I don't see any effort or understanding of the situation on Tata Motors Cars side. I'm ready to fight this in court if need be but I'll not let this matter settle on just a plain sorry and let the company get by of the life threatening situation that they have put us into.
With so many mechanical faults and issues coming out Tata should have recalled the vehicle, instead they are trying to give us a faulty car at the expense of our life. We put in our hard earned money into buying that car and gave in same amount of money as any other Tigor owner why should I do away with faulty car...is that our mistake?
Can we get a justified resolution to our issue?

If Shikha Godayal (presently in Pune where the incident happened in July 2023) would not have posted the video/ photos, those retard fanbois would have gone to the extent of questioning her if she owns a Tata car at all or if she had written all that after getting paid by some other car manufacturers!
