A dumper hits more then 15 vehicles in Potin to Possa Road in Arunachal Pradesh on Monday 2024-10-07. The dumper has rolled deep down the hill slope covered with thick growth of trees and shrubs. The whereabouts of the driver driving the dumper is not known. There's a possibility that the dumper has also carried with it a passenger car down the slopes of the hill.
