How can they be allowed to forcibly take away my 10 - 15 yrs old 4/2 wheeler

My car is my property. How can they forcibly take away my property? 

I can't allow vested interests to scrap my belongings. My car is my means for personal mobility for which I spent a sizeable chunk of my life's savings. I don't have the means to acquire a car every 10 or 15 years. 

Enemies within India are more harmful than vehicular pollution.
