Itinerary: 

Day 1: Plan 4 am start from Lucknow to Kanpur to avoid no entry restrictions and heavy traffic. Reach Jhansi by 10 am. Jhansi to Shivpuri is all empty highway. Reach Shivpuri by 12 noon. Refuel at BP Padora. Reach Indore by 9 pm. Stay at any decent hotel along the highway, avoid entering deep inside city. 

Day 2: Start from Indore at 4:30 am. Follow Indore to Mumbai NH3. Reach Mumbai by 6 pm. 

Food options: 

There are enough good food options upto Jhansi. Mishra Dal is one such food joint (Indian Roadie Preferred Cafe) on the NH itself on your left. 

At Guna take a break for evening tea. 

On Day 2, breakfast stop can be at Kakathe Dhaba (Indian Roadie Preferred Cafe) near Nashik. 

Distance: 

Lucknow to Mumbai 

(Lucknow_Mumbai) = Approx 1350 kms. 

Lucknow to Biora 

(Lucknow_Biora) = 625 kms. 

Lucknow to Dewas 

(Lucknow_Dewas) = 760 kms.

Beware of stray animals and bikers on the highways in MP.
