Spotted this Odiya gentleman at Joramandir in Beliaghata, Kolkata (near Salt Lake Stadium) at 9 pm on Wednesday 2023-10-11. The person who visibly appeared to be in his late 50s claimed to be from Brahmapur, Odisha. His intention is supposedly to tour the country riding his weirdly decorated bicycle.
He was extremely rude to people who were politely asking him some obvious questions. His behaviour with onlookers was so bad that I (Deep Banerjee, Founder - Indian Roadie and associated forums) too didn't feel like giving him any further importance, nor did I feel like asking him his name.
He hardly appeared to have done enough homework before embarking on the ambitious expedition.
With random mission(s) painted in the back and front and his incoherent talks, I am having a hunch that he is somewhat mentally deranged!
I only wish that he returns home safe.
